Fave exchanges has been going on for some time but it has never been as large and as interactive as what is happening right now.

About being "restrictive".. I thought I explained my case pretty well in the post itself.

The goal was to share traffic and readers.. In fact I haven't got much visitors from most of the blogs that link to me but I have definitely sent a lot of visitors to those I link out to. The post page itself receives a lot of traffic (200+ unique visitors in one day) because of the promo work I'm doing.

Check the comments for some of the blogs that were listed early on the list.. most of them have over 30+ comments and most from new readers.

Perhaps you feel that I'm cashing in on the links, which I couldn't honestly care less about.

If I really wanted them I could have initiated one of those silly review-me-to-get-a-linkback or keyword-link-to-me to win a free prize schemes a long time ago. I certainly have the critical mass to do so. :)

I really like your experiment, otherwise I wouldn't link or write about it.

I called your system restrictive only because it requires readers to write a post to get a link from you, and mine doesn't. So the "restrictive" part only goes for those who want to get a linkback without writing a post. That's all!

About you not cashing in on the links, I totally believe you.
